Privacy Policy

This policy explains how Eidolon Interactive LLC ("we", "us") handles information related to our website and our app, KinoPose. We designed our products to collect as little information as possible.
Photos and pose data
KinoPose processes the photos you choose and camera input entirely on your device. Photos, camera frames and the resulting pose data are not uploaded to our servers. The app requests access to your photo library and camera only so you can select or capture reference images, and you can revoke that access at any time in iPadOS Settings.
Information we collect
- Messages you send us. If you email us, we receive your email address and what you include, and we use it only to reply.
- Purchases. Purchases and subscriptions are processed by Apple. We never receive your payment card details. We may use a subscription-management service that receives an anonymous purchase identifier and subscription status so paid features can be unlocked.
- Diagnostics. If you choose to share analytics or crash data with app developers through Apple, Apple may share aggregated or de-identified reports with us.
- This website. Our host keeps standard server logs (such as IP address, browser type and pages visited) for security and maintenance. We don't use advertising cookies or sell visitor data.
Optional features
If we add any feature that sends data off your device, such as optional sharing of pose corrections to help improve our models, it will be off by default, explained clearly in the app, and added to this policy before it is released.
How we use and share information
We use the limited information above to provide and support our products, process purchases and keep our services secure. We don't sell personal information or share it with third parties for their marketing. We may disclose information if the law requires it.
Children
Our products are not directed to children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has sent us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.
Retention and your choices
We keep emails only as long as needed to help you. To access or delete information you've sent us, email hello@eidolon.llc. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under local law, and we will honor them.
Changes
We'll post any changes on this page and update the effective date.
