These terms cover your use of this website and of apps published by Eidolon Interactive LLC. By using them you agree to these terms.

Apps

Our apps are licensed to you through the Apple App Store under Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement (the "Standard EULA"), unless a different license appears on the app's App Store page. Purchases, subscriptions, renewals and refunds are handled by Apple.

Your content

You keep all rights to the photos you import and the artwork you create. References and poses you make with our apps can be used in your own personal and commercial work.

Acceptable use

Don't use our products to break the law, infringe others' rights, or attempt to reverse engineer, disrupt or misuse our software or website.

Disclaimer and limitation of liability

Our website and apps are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the extent the law allows, Eidolon Interactive LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from their use.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington, USA.
